From a single drawing or visualization to coordinated 3D models, technical drawing sets, permit-submittal support, or a complete residential design package, we provide the design capacity your project needs—without requiring a full-service engagement.

We design in three dimensions from the beginning, allowing you to experience how daylight enters a room, where shadows fall, how materials meet, and how each space supports daily life. You can see, understand, and shape the design as it develops. Once the decisions are resolved, we translate the coordinated model into technical drawings and permit-submittal support for qualifying projects.

Working in three dimensions allows light, material, proportion, and space to be seen, tested, and refined before those decisions are carried into coordinated drawings.

Homes, additions, remodels, ADUs, and residential conversions within the scope permitted by California law.

Interior design

Space planning, finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, millwork, and nonstructural interior improvements.

3D visualization

Controlled spatial models, exterior and interior views, material studies, walkthroughs, and flyovers.

Residential drawing sets

Existing conditions, plans, elevations, sections, details, and coordinated packages for qualifying projects.

Permit coordination

Application preparation, correction tracking, revisions, and coordination with the building department.

For qualifying projects within the scope permitted by California law, including Business and Professions Code §§5537 and 5538.

We can help—fully coordinated from our California studio. We develop the design and documentation and coordinate permits and construction with appropriately accredited professionals and contractors in Mexico. Locally regulated signatures, filings, and work are performed by professionals authorized in Mexico.

Urban Workshop collects information submitted through the contact form only to review and respond to inquiries, discuss potential services, and maintain ordinary business records.

We do not sell personal information. Form submissions are delivered through Cloudflare services and are accessible only to people needed to respond. Do not submit financial information, identification numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information.

You may request correction or deletion of a submission by emailing gpalmerin@urban-workshop.com. Information may be retained when reasonably necessary for business, security, or legal purposes.
